Rates are quoted in American Dollars for rentals of American phones to be used in the United States or for Brazilian phones to be used in Brazil. All other countries will be charged in Euros. |

Sales tax of 12% are not included. |

Optional equipment insurance: US$ 1.65 per day or US$ 6.60 per week. |
|
Promotional prices valid for all classes and TAM rates, including AD's, travel agent rates and tickets issued based on TAM's mileage program. |

Rental kit includes: 01 cellular phone, 01 battery, 01 travel charger, 01 leather case e 01 earpiece. |
|
Passenger must present a valid international credit card in order to guarantee the rental and pay all charges. |
|
Equipment return: isntructions will be given during the reservation process. |
|
Payment: passenger will receive, by regular mail, an invoice with call detail (incoming and outgoing calls). The amount due on the invoice will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. |
|
Cancellation or changes: if necessary, it must be made prior to flight departure, during regular business hours (Brazilian Local Time), via phone (55-11-3141-7000) or e-mail tam@rent-a-cellular.com. |
RESERVATIONS IN BRASIL:
|
Tam's reservation agent will transfer the call to Rent-a-Cellular's extension. If the call gets disconnected, please call Rent-a-Cellular directly at (11) 3141-7000. |
|
Reservations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to scheduled flight departure. If requested within 48 hours of flight departure, the assigned phone number will be known only at destination. |
|
Rental kit will be delivered in the most convenient address for TAM passengers in São Paulo, Brasil. Equipment can be delivered to other brasilian cities at an extra charge of approximately US$ 5.00 (SEDEX). |
