| HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION: |

| 1)- In which country are you going to use the equipment? |
| | Select the coutry from the options in the drop-down list showing on top right-hand corner of this webpage and you will be directed to the respective webpage. |

| 2)- Chose the rate plan. |
| | Some countries have more than one rate plan available (regular and one rate). Select the rate plan that best suits your needs.
Regular plan is ideal for travelers staying in one specific destination covered by our service, while the one rate plan is ideal for those travelling to more than one destination. |

| 3)- Print the reservation form. |
| | Our reservation forms are already coded according to the rate plan selected. Please click the respective button located just below the rate plan explanation.
You will be directed to the reservation form page. Use your browser print button to print out the form. |

| 4)- Fill out the reservation form. |
| | Fill out the reservation form not forgetting to mention the delivery address, credit card billing address (important) and period of rental. |
|
| 5)- Fax the reservation form. |
| | Fax the reservation form, along with a copy of your credit card and valid picture ID (driver license or passport) to the number indicated in our reservation form.
RESERVATIONS WITHOUT COPY OF CREDIT CARD AND PICTURE ID WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED. |

| 6)- Confirmation |
| | After receiving and processing your reservation, you will be contacted via e-mail with your confirmation number and assigned telephone number. |

| IMPORTANT NOTE: |
| | Your credit card will be billed according to actual usage, which means that we will issue invoices for all billing periods pertaining to your rental. In some cases, a 2 day rental may fell into 2 different billing cycles generating 2 separate invoices. If you have any question, please do not hesitate in contacting us at rent@rent-a-cellular.com. |
